databases, spreadsheets, processes, procedures, works and creations, work flows, strategies, methodologies, and related proprietary subject matter developed to specifically address subject matter specific mechanical integrity initiatives.
The AIM System® (AIMS) provides safe, cost effective solutions in the development, implementation, optimization and ever-greening of either risk based or traditional time based mechanical integrity programs.
CUIM™ – Corrosion Under Insulation Module™ is a software solution that prioritizes piping susceptible to Corrosion Under Insulation either by a RBI - Risk Assessment or by API 570 pipe class. The module tracks the progress and cost of all scaffold, insulation, inspections, and coating planning and mitigation activities.
PMIM™ – Positive Material Identification Module™ is a software solution to track the progress and cost of the scaffold, insulation, and inspection activities at any given time during a PMI or Retroactive PMI program. Module allows client to choose between a risk-based or strictly by API 570 pipe class when prioritizing equipment to be included in the program.
- PMIG™ – Positive Material Identification Group™ is a piping component that consists of multiple energy-dispersive x-ray fluorescence analysis.
- PMIL™ – Positive Material Identification Location™ is a single energy-dispersive x-ray fluorescence analysis within a Positive Material Identification Group.
HFAM™ – HF Flange Assessment Module™ quickly and accurately gives an inspector a “go” or “no go” analysis of a corroded HF Alky flange, based on the clients specific rejection criteria. The data is transmitted to the software. The software determines proper repair plan depending on the size and the extent of damage recorded.
DESM™ – Deficient Equipment / System Module™ is a Process Safety Management deficiency analysis and tracking software. The software analyzes the deficiency, ranks the deficiency according to priority, assigns a date due when the deficiency is to be mitigated, and tracks the progress and number of deficiencies that are either outstanding or completed.
TAPM™ – Turnaround Planning Module™ tracks all facets of pre-turnaround and turnaround planning. The software is compatible with MS Project or Primavera to provide current cost and progress analysis as well an accurate one, three or seven day look-ahead.
CCDM™ – Corrosion Control Document Module™ is a library of corrosion control documents for every unit that exists within a refinery. Documents are easily customized to reflect the operating and design conditions of specific client.
HTAM™ – Heater Tube Assessment Module™ is a comprehensive tube life program that prioritizes heater tubes by initial estimates of remaining life, Inspection prioritization/identification of critical heaters, includes Heater inspection/condition assessment, gives an accurate determination of remaining life by probabilistic analysis, and provides tube replacement recommendations.
UORM™ – Unit Overview Reporting Module™ provides a standard for reporting by unit in relation to damage mechanisms, equipment counts, equipment deficiencies, number of corrosion monitoring locations.
NEPM™ – National Emphasis Program Auditing Module™ provides a range of PSM related Auditing services, including Assessment of compliance for pressure vessels, relief valves, piping and tanks. Program includes review and updating, evaluation of inspection program Initiatives vs. execution to identify gaps that may exist.
DBMM™ – Database Management Module™ give our clients the option of having a dedicated server that host all of their inspection data remotely. Secure data that only they have access to, regardless of how many facilities are being managed, and regardless of the mechanical integrity software being utilized.
